Meet Dr. Stuart Jones

Becoming a dentist is something I had never dreamed, or even thought, about prior to starting my undergraduate college career. As such, I took my time finding my way to my true passion of dentistry. Graduating from the University of Minnesota with a degree in Economics, I worked for a large Midwest coffee company, Caribou Coffee, for nearly 8 years prior to dental school. However, I found that corporate life wasn’t for me. In search for a profession that combined my goal of helping people, having meaningful conversations, and feeling fulfilled I made my way to dentistry; and couldn’t be happier with the choice!

During my studies at the University of Minnesota I served as Vice President of our class and had the opportunity to interact with patients from all walks of life and backgrounds, garnering significant experience in prosthodontics, restorative dentistry, root canal therapy, and oral surgery. These experiences lead to individual recognition for work in leadership, root canal therapy, and prosthodontics upon graduation.

Outside of dentistry you can find me all over the city. Along with my fiancé, Jimena, and Mini Australian Shepherd, Benzee, I love checking out new restaurants, trying my hand at brewery trivia, skiing, playing soccer, taking in a concert, working on my Spanish (practica conmigo) and exploring the beautiful hiking trails that Bend has to offer. You may also find me enjoying a delicious latte at any of the incredible coffee shops in town; feel free to share your favorites, I’m always in search of the best coffee around.

I am beyond excited to join Bend Dental Group! Together with the wonderful likeminded dentists, I hope to add to the warm and welcoming environment while providing the highest quality care.
